Life has many stressors but none is probably as stressful as a residential real estate transaction where not just the financial gets in the way, but the emotional, too. Add to this a townhouse/condo in Miami undergoing its 40-year recertification. "Challenging" doesn't begin to fully describe the scenarios playing out between all parties involved.
